  • The Renter will not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The Renter shall be responsible for maintaining valid insurance coverage during the rental period (if applicable), or the vehicle shall be covered under the Owner’s policy as agreed.

  • The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
